How every entry is laid out

Read the short answer before you read the wording.

Scripts are easy to copy and hard to use well. Each entry opens by saying what it is for and where it stops being appropriate, then gives the material, then lists the sources behind its claims.

A Ten-Minute Relaxation Hypnosis Script

Short answer. This is an original ten-minute script for general relaxation, suitable for a first session, delivery practice or a personal recording. It is not a treatment for anxiety, insomnia or any other condition.

The material. Settling, induction, countdown deepener, resting place, suggestion, re-alerting, with [pause] marks.

Sources. 4 cited, each listed at the end. Sources checked Oct 16, 2026.

A note on scope

Structure and good wording do not widen what you are trained to do. Clinical goals belong inside a clinician-led plan, and hypnosis should not be used to recover memories. Screen before relaxation work: for some people, relaxing brings on anxiety rather than calm.
